Thank you being a SwiftKanban customer! We are truly grateful for your support and for your business.

As mentioned in our initial message to you, we are glad that we are in a position to help in your efforts to facilitate any of your colleagues and team members who have been recently forced to work remotely during this pandemic.

We will gladly provide you the number of licenses you need to tide over this hopefully temporary situation. We are happy to provide you these licenses FREE of cost till June 30, 2020.

Please fill out the form below. We will confirm the request with your Account Admin via email and we will ensure you get the licenses immediately.

What happens after June 30, 2020?

After June 30th, 2020, we will be happy to work with you to manage these extra licenses based on what you would like to do. We are hopeful that this pandemic situation will tide over and your colleagues will be able to return to work sooner rather than later. We can either terminate these licenses that the users may no longer need, or we can convert them to paid licenses based on your current level of licensing and pricing.

What happens to my data, if I stop using the additional free SwiftKanban licenses in June, 2020?

Your data is safe with us. Once you decide to stop using it, we will give you a 7-day period to download your data using the included data export feature. After 15 days, we will terminate the additional licenses. Your board data will continue to be available in your account.

What if I want to continue to use these SwiftKanban licenses beyond June 30, 2020?

If you would still like to continue to use SwiftKanban, we will be happy to help you transition to the appropriate paid license beyond that date.
