Comviva, the leading provider of integrated Value-added Services (VAS) solutions for mobile operators in emerging markets, announced today that they had completed the implementation and initial roll-out of Digité Enterprise, the leading Product Development Management software is used for managing project execution and delivery. With this implementation, Comviva has gone live with 380 users and 22 live programs.

Comviva had selected Digité as the enterprise project management solution of choice after an extensive product evaluation that spanned a period of six months. Comviva decided to initially automate its integrated project and process management, and SDLC practices. This not only ensured greater process compliance but also brought visibility into project performance.

Announcing the completion of the initial implementation, Comviva’s Vice President – DPM, ISS, CAG & IT, Mr. Amarendra Kumar Singh, said, “One of the major goals for this year has been to bring standardization, and implementation of efficient project management practices. To achieve this, we envisaged implementing Digité Enterprise as an end-to-end integrated project management platform across Comviva covering projects across all product units and project lifecycles. While maintaining disciplined project management practices, Digité has also provided flexibility in designing the process framework for different project types. The project management practices have been imbibed in everyone so much that everybody at Comviva is talking the same language across projects.”

After successful configuration & validation, the configured Digité application was co-branded as COMPASS (Comviva Project And Support Systems). In the last three months, the Comviva implementation team has brought 380 users on Compass, allocated on 22 live programs being executed through this system.
