As a part of the implementation services, Digité provides training on the SwiftALM product.

The SwiftALM product training has two versions –

  • Basic training – this covers the basic functioning of all the modules purchased by the customer
  • Advanced training – that covers in depth training of SwiftReports, SwiftRules and SwiftForms.

Training is designed as a combination of both class-room sessions and hands-on sessions.

In a typical SwiftALM implementation, the customer identifies a “Core Team” that is involved in driving the implementation of the overall solution is the customer organization. Training is imparted to the “Core Team”.

It is also advisable that others in the customer organization who will be closely involved in the implementation at least go through the basic training to better appreciate the application.

We recommend the train the trainer approach. Once the “Core team” undergoes training, any further training needed by the customer is done by the customer “Core team”.
