Digité
is built on a J2EE and web services compliant architecture that
allows simpler integration with existing enterprise applications.
Digité Enterprise has three distinct layers of technologies.
These include the Digité Business Logic Platform, the Infrastructure
Layer and the extensible Applications Layer.
The Business Logic Platform
The core of the Digité Enterprise application is the business logic platform that provides you with an extensible collection of Digité Business Objects including Enterprise Objects, Project Objects, Resource Objects and highly customizable eForms Object. These objects can be seamlessly worked upon using the fluid User Interface layer that is built for optimal response over a variety of network conditions.
The Infrastructure Layer
The infrastructure layer consists of a number of strategic re-usable components that work to form the core of the customization functionality within Digité Enterprise. This allows Digité Enterprise to build upon the Business Logic Platform and adds additional facets to the already powerful platform.
The Application Layer
Finally the application provides the different application functionalities like Project Management, Financial Management, Resource management, Change Management, Test Management and Time Capture. This can be further be enhanced by building additional custom applications, that can effectively work as one whole.
Communication between the different layers are enabled by a variety of technologies including, WSRP, XML, WebDAV, PKI and LDAP, while a number of different application platforms like J2EE and .NET are natively supported by the application.
