While Digite SaaS solutions are designed for easy adoption, we also provide you with the right blend of training and services to get you productive on Digite SaaS in the shortest possible time. We recommend that you use our help to quickly train your initial set of users and to rapidly adopt our solutions for your use.

FASTart: 2 Weeks to Go-Live!

Digite SaaS implementation services commitment to you - you will be up and running with any one of our solutions in no more than 2 weeks. Additional solutions may take up to 1 week each.

Digite will provide you the following services:

Onsite Training: 1 week

Administrator Training: 2 Days

• Understand the Digite product and the solution, along with the configuration options
• Create users and assign roles
• Basic application configuration, including Organizational Dashboards
• Using Digite Support Services for further configuration

Project Manager Training: 2 Days

• Understand the Digite SaaS Solution and how to use it for creating a project
• Assigning resources and building the full project plan
• Executing the project, Reporting and Dashboards

Team Member Training: 1 Day

• Working on Task assignments and updating timesheet
• Working with core Solution functions
• Collaboration

Configuration and Project Onboarding: 1 week

Based on the training, Digite consultants will help you configure the solution for your needs. This includes:

• Configuring additional roles/ access
• Workflows
• Organizational hierarchies/ reports and dashboard rollups

Based on the configuration, we will then help you upload and get started with up to 2 live projects that are available to be onboarded.

It's that simple. We will ensure that your start is smooth. If you need further help, we are there. Want to make a change to a workflow? Just log a request. Want to tweak the process a bit? Just let us know. Within no time at all, our FASTart Services team will make the changes without you seeing even a second of service interruption.

In addition to the initial training, we also provide you a number of online and offline resources, including full training material that your users can access online.

Advanced Implementation Services

Digite provides a comprehensive, secure web-services based integration framework. Digite's Rapidopt Services team will also provide the following services at additional charge:

Delivery of Services

While the initial services are ideally delivered onsite at your premises, we can deliver them to you remotely over the web as well.
