A defect is an error or flaw in a computer program that prevents it from behaving as intended. Defects are a consequence of the nature of human factors in the programming task. They arise from oversights made by computer programmers during design, coding and data entry.
Digité allows the users to log in defects, and then convert them into tasks or action items. They can even be escalated to a ‘Change Request’ based on the severity of the defect.
