While interacting with a few big corporations on the importance of buying a product of Digité Enterprise genre to cater to their application development, many times I have heard from them that they would or are developing such products on their own. We did argue about the additional work load on the application owners, lack of cost transparency from such initiatives, freeing time to focus on business tasks etc. On a few occassions, some of them got back to us to try out our product.
