Solution Support Executive/Specialist

Total Experience- 2-5 years of IT Industry experience, at least 2 years of End User Application Support.
- Engineering degree from a good institute.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Hands on experience with any application that cater to CRM, Project Management, SDLC, CMMI.
Experience with any of the following application will be an advantage:
- Project Management - Tools such as, MS Project, Microsoft EPM, Primavera, others
- Collaboration Tools - In the areas of workflow, chat, discussion forums, email, etc. Tools like Niku, Kintana, PBN etc
- Document/ Content Management - Tools such as Documentum, Intraspect, FileNET, etc.
- CRM - Remedy, Clarify.
- Sound understanding of Support procedures/ priorities/ SLA, customer-handling skills.
- Motivated to provide quality support to customers in USA, Europe, China and India.
Desired Profile
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. He / she needs to be a B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute with excellent academic record and 2 to 5 years of IT Industry experience, with at least 2 years of End User Application Support.
